Published by Snuggly Books and edited by Justin Isis, it is, as the title says, a tribute to the work of Mark Samuels, who is, IMO, one of the great living writers in the genre. At 450 pages and 18 or so stories, there's definitely a lot of content. The list of contributors is pretty impressive, featuring such talents as Reggie Oliver, Daniel Mills, Adam Nevill, Quentin S. Crisp, and many more. My novella "Chaoskampf" also makes its first appearance here.
